JJG669--90 weighing sensor new technology parameter list
 
This article is based on the 92nd edition of "OIML60 International Recommendation", and the new technical parameters referring to "JJG669-90 Weighing Sensor Verification Regulations" are:
 
 
Minimum static load (Fsmin)
It can be applied to the load cell without exceeding the minimum value of the mass of the maximum allowable error.
 
 
Maximum weighing
It can be applied to the load cell without exceeding the maximum value of the mass of the maximum allowable error.
 
 
Non-linear (L)
The deviation of the calibration curve of the load cell process from the theoretical straight line.
 
 
Load cell output
The measured (mass) is measurable by the conversion of the load cell.
 
 
Load cell index value
The measurement range of the load cell is divided into equal parts.
 
 
Calibration scale value of load cell (V)
In order to classify the accuracy, the division value of the load cell expressed in the unit of mass is adopted in the load cell test.
 
 
Minimum verification division value of load cell (Vmin)
The measuring range of the load cell can be divided by the minimum verification division value.
 
 
Lag error (H)
The maximum difference between the load cell output readings when the same level of load is applied; one of them is the process reading from the minimum static load, and the other is the return reading from the maximum weighing.
 
 
Creep (Cp)
When the load is constant and all environmental conditions and other variables remain unchanged, the load sensor's full-load output changes with time.
 
 
Minimum static load output restoration plant (CrFsmin)
The difference between the minimum static load output of the load cell measured before and after the load is applied.
 
 
The influence of temperature on the minimum static load output (Fsmin)
Changes in minimum static load output due to changes in ambient temperature.

Measuring range of load cell

Repeatability error (R)
Under the same load and the same environmental conditions, the difference between the output readings of the load cell obtained by successive experiments.
 
Safety limit load
The maximum load that can be applied to the load cell. At this time, the load cell will not have a permanent drift that exceeds the specified value on the performance characteristics.

Minimum load (Fmin)
The mass value that the force generating device can reach is closest to the minimum static load of the load cell.
It is precisely because the sensor is always measured on the dynamometer, but it is difficult to directly measure the performance of the minimum static load point. One more thing to explain, "International Recommendation No. 60 OIML" is specially formulated for weighing sensors. The starting point of its symmetrical weight sensor is to adapt to the requirements of weighing instruments. When the sensor is used for other purposes, this method of estimation may not be the most appropriate.
